Senior Technical Product Manager
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of 2-5 Fraud products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams, translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables.
- Drive prioritization decisions across multiple initiatives by balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, and strategic impact.
- Partner with development teams to oversee platform enhancements, system integrations, API-driven capabilities, and infrastructure investments.
- Develop deep understanding of the broader Fraud portfolio and collaborate with other TPM leaders to ensure alignment across interconnected products.
- Provide thought leadership by evaluating product requirements, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and recommending alternative solutions that improve business outcomes.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Establish success metrics and key performance indicators to measure product performance and support data-driven decision making.
