Job description
What you will do in this role:
- Provide technical support for sustainability and transition planning activities at the state level.
- Support the documentation of state-specific transition and workforce absorption plans.
- Support engagement with state government stakeholders on sustainability initiatives
- Assist in tracking progress against transition milestones.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Contribute to sustainability-related reports and technical briefs.
Minimum recruitment standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A first degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in health systems strengthening or transition planning, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health system sustainability approaches.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
