Job description
What you will do in this role: Provide technical support for data quality assurance across supported states. Conduct routine data quality assessments and audits at facility and state levels. Support the development and implementation of data quality improvement plans. Train facility and state staff on data quality standards and practices. Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership. Support corrective action planning for identified data quality gaps.
Minimum recruitment standard
Qualifications and experience we look for: A first degree in Statistics, Public Health, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in data quality assurance or M&E, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred. Strong knowledge of data quality assessment methodologies. Strong attention to detail and training skills.
