Job Title: Senior Technical Officer - MNCH

Job Description
What you will do in this role:

Provide technical support for the implementation of MNCH interventions at state and facility levels.

Support facility and community teams in delivering quality MNCH services.

Conduct routine supportive supervision and mentoring on MNCH service delivery.

Support the use of MNCH data for program monitoring and quality improvement.

Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.

Assist in building the capacity of health workers on MNCH service standards.

Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A First Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Medicine, or a related health field.
- At least seven (7) years of experience in MNCH programming, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of national MNCH guidelines.
- Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
