Job description

What you will do in this role
-
Provide technical support for laboratory service delivery at the state level.

Conduct routine supportive supervision and mentoring on laboratory testing protocols.

Support facility laboratories in quality management system implementation.

Support laboratory data use for program monitoring and quality improvement.

Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.

Assist in building the capacity of laboratory personnel.

Minimum recruitment standard
-
Qualifications and experience we look for
-
A first degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in laboratory services, with experience on USG-funded projects preferred.

Strong knowledge of laboratory testing protocols and quality assurance.

Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
