ACE Moharram &Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join our team in New Cairo.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in architectural technical office activities, with previous experience in site supervision / technical office.
The role requires a strong architectural engineering background, attention to technical details, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on architectural technical office activities for assigned projects.
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- Ensure technical information is properly coordinated between the technical office and site teams.
- Follow up on technical issues and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders to resolve them.
- Review project requirements and ensure architectural works are aligned with approved technical documentation.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure consistency and minimize technical conflicts.
- Support the preparation, review, and organization of project technical submissions and documentation.
- Provide technical support to site teams and follow up on architectural technical matters.
- Monitor and follow up on technical deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Participate in technical meetings and follow up on required actions.
- Maintain organized technical records and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Architectural Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Architectural Technical Office activities.
- Previous experience in Site Supervision / Technical Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical documentation, and construction requirements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site, technical, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical requirements.
