About the Role Senior Technical Lead responsible for delivering AI-driven software solutions using Python, Oracle PL/SQL and Java in a banking domain. This role involves leading design, development and deployment of platform product modules and providing technical guidance to teams, while collaborating with clients to drive business value.

What You'll Do

• Undergoing Training and getting certified on one platform.
• Provide consulting services for financial institutions using Platform products.
• Customize and parameterize Platform Product modules from requirements analysis through solution design to delivery.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets.
• Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems and determine how AI can address them.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continually enhance solutions.
• Customize and parameterize modules according to client requirements and coding best practices.
• Develop and use SQL queries, DML operations and procedural SQL.
• Contribute to client requirement collection and documentation.
• Design and perform unit test cases for the code developed.
• Interact with business users for clarifications, defects resolution, and provide other consulting services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired project results.
• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work on full SDLC including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support; maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and global stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in Python, Java, Oracle PL/SQL and SQL; experience in Banking domain.
• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms; Object-Oriented Programming; databases (SQL/NoSQL basics).
• Experience with relational database development or administration; understanding of database concepts and queries.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to REST APIs, microservices; Git/version control; cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in Python, PL/SQL, or Java are a plus.
