About the Role Senior Technical Lead responsible for designing, developing, and executing power and performance plans for IPs and SoCs, with a focus on power, thermal, and performance/watt optimizations and characterizations. Drives to close gaps between observed behavior and targets on development platforms and provides recommendations for future architectures.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute power and performance plans for IPs and SoCs.
- Identify, build, and maintain power, thermal, performance/watt optimizations, and characterizations for IP/SoC power and performance goals.
- Conduct feature analysis from power and performance standpoints and drive to close gaps between observed behavior and target on platforms in development.
- Provide recommendations for future architectures.
- Develop and enhance innovative tools for architectural performance analysis.
- Develop methodologies for architectural performance analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing and optimizing power, thermal, and performance metrics for IPs and SoCs.
- Ability to analyze features from power/performance perspectives and drive improvements on development platforms.
- Proficiency in developing tools for architectural performance analysis and in proposing future architecture directions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to convey recommendations for future architectures.
