This role protects the Department of Aviation by ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, regional, and local environmental laws, regulations, permits, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Technical Environmental Compliance Specialist leads the execution of regulatory compliance programs supporting airport operations and capital improvement projects. What You'll Do
- Manage environmental compliance activities associated with stormwater, wastewater, surface water quality, industrial discharges, deicing operations, construction stormwater, spill prevention, spill response, and related regulatory requirements.
