Job title: Senior Technical Analyst
About the Role Copeland is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to analyze, design, and provide support for Oracle Enterprise Applications and related technical functionalities. The role requires collaboration with business users and technical teams to perform technical analysis, map requirements to Oracle Apps, and oversee design and development across multiple ERP modules in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, design, implement, and support Oracle ERP and related Enterprise Business Systems, including configuring and customizing Oracle Applications.
- Gather technical requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and communicate with business users and technical teams.
- Participate in full SDLC (Waterfall/Agile) and support business process reengineering.
- Provide post go-live technical support for configuration and application across multiple modules.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support on SR resolutions and design/write technical specification documents.
- Interact with stakeholders to ensure timely solutions and deliver with a sense of urgency.
- Work in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience with Oracle ERP; hands-on across deployment phases: identification, design, implementation, development, testing, support.
- Ability to gather technical requirements and map to Oracle Apps and other Enterprise Business Systems; strong communication with functional/technical teams and end users.
- Experience with full SDLC and Business Process Reengineering.
- Flexibility to work in a demanding environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
- Experience providing post go-live support; working with Oracle Support on SR resolutions.
- Ability to design and write technical specification documents.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle certifications if any will be added qualification; knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
