What you will do in this role
-
Provide technical leadership for the project's strategic information (SI) functions, including data management, analytics, and data quality.

Oversee the design and maintenance of program data systems in the state.

Supervise Senior Technical Advisors and Officers responsible for SI functions.

Ensure SI systems support timely and accurate donor reporting.

Lead the use of data for strategic decision-making and program improvement.

Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.

Represent the project's SI function in donor and government technical engagements.

Minimum recruitment standard

Qualifications and experience we look for
-
A first degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree is required.

At least ten (10) years of experience in strategic information or M&E on health programs, with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of PEPFAR data systems and reporting requirements.

Strong analytical and supervisory skills.
