About the role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-growing consumer technology company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role requires a strategic partner who can collaborate directly with founders and business leaders to identify, attract, and close senior-level hires across various functions including Product, Growth, Analytics, Marketing, and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and build talent acquisition strategies.

Map and source high-quality talent for senior roles with compensation in the range of ₹20–50L+.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align hiring goals with business objectives.

Contribute to building exceptional teams that will drive product and business growth at scale.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 - 10 years in talent acquisition or related fields.

Compensation: ₹25 - 35 LPA
