Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, APAC, and Americas with a primary focus on the Operations business unit.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for business leaders — supporting hiring needs, shaping recruitment strategies, driving employer branding efforts, and consistently building talent pipelines.
- Drive sourcing efforts through a combination of personal networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence to attract and engage highly skilled professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize recruitment outcomes — reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience.
