Job Summary

• Sayed Farms Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment across diverse job functions and organizational levels, preferably within the FMCG, poultry, agribusiness, or manufacturing industry.
• The successful candidate will drive recruitment strategies, attract qualified candidates, coordinate selection processes, and ensure timely recruitment to meet the company's workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requisition and job advertising to sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for technical, managerial, operational, and other critical positions.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidates' competencies, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer processes, and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain an updated recruitment database and prepare reports on vacancies, time-to-fill, and recruitment performance.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience while recommending improvements to recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of six (6) years' relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across diverse job functions.
• Experience in FMCG, poultry, agribusiness, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment, Microsoft office and applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
