Job title: Senior Systems Engineer - Vehicle Systems
About the Role CNH Industrial N.V. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to ensure overall form, fit, and function of new vehicle systems integrated into a single complete system. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and align design with the product architecture.
What You'll Do
- Execute system engineering best practices and define/maintain product-level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation.
- Work closely with the architectural team to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.
- Understand end user needs and assist in defining product vision and roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and decompose them into subsystem definitions and requirements.
- Coordinate system definition, design, and integration across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams.
- Ensure product alignment with the multi-product architectural strategy and applicable standards.
- Collaborate with product verification and validation to ensure system and component performance as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field with 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and coordinating multi-discipline system development.
- Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and decompose them into subsystems.
- Familiarity with system verification and validation processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience defining and supporting functional safety assessments and requirements for electronics systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 105,750 - 155,100 per year plus any applicable bonus.
