The role focuses on the design, integration, and performance of complex defense-related systems, ensuring mission readiness and robust interfaces across hardware, software, and networks. What You'll Do

Define and translate system requirements into architectures, interfaces, and verification plans for complex platforms.

Perform system integration, test planning, risk assessment, and trade studies to ensure system-of-systems performance.

Collaborate with software, hardware, and cybersecurity teams; provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and proposals; support program reviews and customer communications.

Support program management with schedule, risk, and dependency tracking. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

8+ years of systems engineering experience in large, complex programs; strong modeling and requirements management skills.

Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE), SysML, and lifecycle processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving customer needs.
