- Lead system engineering activities across the lifecycle including requirements analysis, architecture, integration, and testing.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure performance and reliability goals are met.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle, requirements management, and systems integration.
