Main job responsibilities Develop and enhance General and Life insurance application systems throughout the SDLC cycle, focusing on user requirements analysis, solution design, and delivering project outcomes. Maintain compliance with group IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements for all IT solutions. Support the team’s growth by strengthening capabilities across technical and business areas. Communicate clearly and proactively with other IT teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with overall business objectives.
