Senior Systems Administrator (Managed Enterprise) / Senior IT Support Engineer
Role Summary
- Provide full-stack managed services support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, hybrid cloud, storage, databases, backups, security, and enterprise software platforms.
- This role requires managing a complex multi-vendor environment (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware) and delivering high-availability support through both on-site operations and escalation coordination with remote and base office support.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer ~100 Windows Server (2016+) Active Directory environments, RHEL/UNIX systems, and core network roles (DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, GPO).
- Maintain data center computer hardware (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, VMware ESXi) and 150TB+ SAN/NAS storage arrays (HPE Alletra/3PAR, NetApp, EMC).
