We're Hiring: Senior Supply Chain Specialist / Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist / Engineer with strong experience in material planning, sourcing and procurement to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Material Requirements Plans (MRP) based on the production plan.
- Update and maintain BOM data to ensure planning accuracy.
- Develop ordering strategies and calculate safety stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and in-transit materials to prevent stock shortages.
- Source suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate prices and lead times.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and resolve supply disruptions.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles.
- Experience in reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics basics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
- Location: Badr City.
