AMD is hiring a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer – Thermal Components to lead the quality, reliability, and manufacturability of thermal components and cooling solutions across the supplier network. The role involves supplier quality management, root cause analysis, 8D corrective actions, factory audits, manufacturing readiness reviews, quality KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in thermal engineering, liquid cooling technologies, thermal component manufacturing, or supplier quality engineering, with knowledge of components such as cold plates, heat sinks, vapor chambers, TIMs, pumps, manifolds, and radiators. The role requires collaboration with global suppliers and cross-functional engineering, sourcing, operations, and quality teams.
Experience: Senior-level experience in supplier quality engineering, thermal engineering, thermal manufacturing, or component reliability.
