Job title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
About the Role Based in Suzhou, you will be the key person for NPD parts development, new supplier qualification, cost and capacity improvement projects and supplier quality improvement. Your role will be to build strong supplier relationships, manage KPIs, and align supplier capabilities with organizational quality standards, with a focus on delivering zero-defect components and elevating supply chain reliability in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and qualify local suppliers for casting, machining, aluminum die casting, power metal, stamping, and other processes.
- Implement supplier development projects and manage delivery schedules.
- Conduct on-site PPAP (Production Part Approval Procedure) activities and control PPAP quality.
- Work with suppliers to continuously improve supplier quality performance.
