About the Role Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist (IT Consultant) to own and optimize the Employee Central module within Yazaki's SAP HXM ecosystem. You will maintain data standards, drive configuration, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary owner of the Employee Central module, maintain data standards and configuration documentation.
• Define and enforce best practices for system usage across HR and other business units.
• Customize and configure the system to ensure proper functionality and alignment with functional specifications.
• Manage projects related to deployment of new features, modules and enhancements within SAP HXM.
• Analyze HR process requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and enhancement.
• Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 expert to troubleshoot and resolve complex EC issues; collaborate with SAP Support when defects or enhancement requests arise.
• Ensure prompt resolution of data issues, integration errors, and workflow failures.
• Stay up to date with latest SuccessFactors features, releases, and innovations and incorporate into production environments.
• Oversee release cycles, review release notes, validate system changes, and ensure smooth adoption by the business.
• Work closely with HR business partners, HR operations, IT teams, and leaders to understand ongoing needs; provide expert guidance on EC capabilities and limitations.
• Support HR transformation initiatives and strategic workforce processes.
• Oversee data accuracy and data load processes (imports, mass changes, validations); monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Support reporting needs using SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR, Management and Information Technology).
• Professional experience: 3-5 years in a similar function.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Platform; expertise in SAP IAS/IPS, People Analytics or SAP CPI.
• Certifications: SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (C_THR81).
• Desirable certifications: SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (C_THR86), SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay (C_THR87), SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Learning (C_THR88).
• English language: professional level; knowledge of Spanish and French is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
