Job Description Job Title: Senior Substation Engineer Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, onsite 3 days/week Location: Quebec, QC or San Diego, CA Duration: Permanent, full-time Salary Range: $135,000 to $155,000 (DOE)Job Overview: The Senior Substation Engineer is responsible for leading all aspects of substations across the full portfolio of renewable projects in North America, ensuring that substation designs meet company requirements, utility standards, and applicable codes.Responsibilities (Project substation and transmission line engineering): Serve as the subject matter expert for substation and high-voltage engineering, including physical design, protection and control design, major equipment specifications, and electrical design studies such as power flow, short-circuit, and protection coordination.
