About the Role Alloy is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnership Executive to join our channel sales team and drive rapid growth within the Banking vertical by partnering with Digital Banking and Online Account Opening platforms. You will develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners, cultivate multi-threaded relationships across key stakeholders, participate in sales cycles, and identify opportunities to expand our addressable market through the channel. What You'll Do
- Partner Portfolio & Revenue Management: Manage a strategic portfolio of channel partners, driving revenue, sales velocity, product adoption, and partner satisfaction.
- Relationship & Executive Leadership: Conduct regular meetings with partner stakeholders, build multi-threaded relationships across partner C-suite, sales leadership, and technical teams; serve as the trusted quarterback for our partner ecosystem.
- Sales Execution & Growth: Co-sell and co-solution Alloy deployments with partners and enterprise/mid-market teams; represent Alloy at conferences and events; stay ahead of industry trends to tailor proposals.
- Strategy, Insights & Performance Management: Develop deep expertise in the Alloy platform and banking workflows; analyze KPIs, prepare reports for senior management, and translate complex product/partnership dynamics into compelling narratives. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in channel sales, business development, alliances, or related roles at high-growth tech companies; proven track record delivering revenue growth through partnerships.
- Demonstrated success building and managing a portfolio of partners and achieving revenue targets; experience creating joint business plans with partner and company goals.
- Credibility in the digital banking ecosystem or in identity/fraud solutions preferred.
- Core Capabilities: Exceptional relationship-building and executive-level stakeholder management; strong negotiation with a consultative, partnership-first approach; excellent project management; analytical mindset and ability to track and report on KPIs; ability to translate complex product/partnership dynamics into clear narratives; strong product orientation.
- Soft Skills: Resourceful, collaborative cross-functional problem-solving; ability to simplify complex issues and communicate effectively; track record of building trusted, enduring partnerships. Nice to Have
