Senior Staff Test Engineer

About the Role Senior Staff Test Engineer will lead the development of advanced ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms. You will ensure we ship only high-quality silicon by testing the features and collaborating with design teams to make features testable, with opportunities to write code or strategies when needed.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne platforms.
• Design and develop advanced ATE test hardware for high-speed testing and future readiness.
• Create detailed test plans and methodologies that meet stringent product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx and Design teams to define yield and test methodologies, participating in testability and test plan reviews.
• Transform test patterns from design simulation to ATE formats and optimize test flows to reduce test times, improve yields, and release production test programs.
• Work with product engineers to drive efficiency and innovation across testing activities.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibilities within the company.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
• Demonstrable experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced settings.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred (listed as part of requirements).
