Job title: Senior Staff RTL Design /Verification

About the Role Join Marvell's Switching Chip Design group as a Senior Staff RTL Design /Verification engineer, developing high-complexity Control and Management IPs for switching SOCs in AI and cloud data-center devices. You will own major IP developments within the CnM domain, ensure they meet functional, performance, power, and quality requirements before tape-out, and collaborate with SW/FW and Architecture teams, including post-silicon support.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver major CnM IPs for switching SOCs within the Switching Chip Design group.
• Ensure IPs meet functional, performance, power, and quality requirements before production.
• Collaborate with SW/FW and Architecture teams to address design and micro-architectural challenges.
• Drive innovative solutions for diverse design and micro-architecture tasks.
• Provide post-silicon debugging support and help root-cause failures.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in RTL frontend design or verification.
• Proven hands-on experience and deep understanding of IP developments, micro-architecture, and digital logic.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in CDC/RDC (advantage).
• Strong background in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology (advantage).
• Broad background and knowledge in system-level aspects (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive projects forward.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

Nice to Have

• CDC/RDC experience (advantage).
• SystemVerilog and UVM proficiency (advantage).
• System-level understanding (advantage).
