About the Role Senior Staff Product Manager will lead the Small Business Health product area within Intuit's Category Product Management, focusing on building a portfolio of insights, actions, and 'done for you' experiences that give small businesses a real-time view of their health and the levers to improve it. This role supports growth for existing QuickBooks customers and expands reach to new customers by delivering an engaging, monetizable product experience that helps users understand borrowing power and financial health. What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for Small Business Health; partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) to deliver features that surface real-time health insights and actionable recommendations.
- Drive user engagement and adoption by delivering deeply personalized experiences and guided workflows at a daily-use cadence for QuickBooks customers.
- Collaborate with QuickBooks Capital to connect health insights to financing opportunities and monetization opportunities within the ecosystem.
- Measure impact, gather feedback, and iterate on product requirements to improve outcomes and business metrics. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading product management for scalable, data-driven platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and roadmap; strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with engineering, design, data, and marketing partners.
- Experience in fintech, small business software, or growth platforms is a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience with monetization strategies and driving daily engagement in B2B/B2C SaaS.
