About the Role Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff/ Principal Software Developer to join its Builder Catalysts and help power prosperity around the world. This role emphasizes end-to-end product development, cross-functional collaboration, rapid experimentation, and customer research, with AI-native experiences designed from the ground up. This hybrid role is based in Toronto, with in-office presence 3 days per week. What You'll Do
- Drive velocity in the organization by accelerating customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and driving key opportunities across the company.
- Co-create with cross-functional partners and exercise extreme ownership across ideation, rapid experimentation, customer research, and end-to-end execution.
- Design and implement AI-native experiences, taking advantage of AI to solve customers' problems.
- Demonstrate customer obsession and boundaryless collaboration while contributing to the hybrid work model (Toronto office 3 days/week). What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Senior Staff/ Principal software developer with end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners and own initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Experience or focus on AI-native experiences and leveraging AI to solve customer problems.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with in-office Toronto presence 3 days per week.
