About the Role Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Post Training will contribute to Airbnb's CS AI product initiatives by advancing post-training AI capabilities and enabling an intelligent, scalable service experience through Generative AI technologies. You will join the CS AI product team, which relies on ML across Trust, Payments, Customer Service, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class experiences for guests and hosts. The team develops and enhances AI models, ML services and tools including LLM fine-tuning, alignment and optimization, RAG/Search, and LLM evaluation and testing automation.
