About the Role Senior Staff AI Scientist to join Intuit's AI team. You will build and deploy machine learning models using analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions that impact hundreds of thousands of customers. What You'll Do
- Practice leadership and communication skills to influence teams and evangelize AI science across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and align model metrics with business goals.
- Work side-by-side with product managers, software engineers, and designers to design experiments and minimum viable products.
- Lead technical work of a scrum team: initiating and designing model solutions, driving end-to-end architecture designs, and ensuring high-quality code and Git practices. What We're Looking For
- Innovative and hands-on Senior Staff AI Scientist with experience building and deploying ML models using both analytical algorithms and deep learning.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical teams, defining success metrics, and delivering end-to-end ML solutions.
