Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior SQL (DBA) Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica. Our client is a prominent GovTech company offering a cloud-based ERP solution.
Requirements

5+ years of SQL Server (2022 / T-SQL) development experience

Strong expertise in SQL Server performance tuning

Experience optimizing reporting databases

Strong experience with stored procedures, views, indexing, joins, and temporary tables

Experience analyzing and optimizing query execution plans

Ability to identify the most efficient solution for complex SQL performance issues

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Tableau reporting environments
