About the Role Senior Spezialist Vergütung & Controlling Agents bei Zurich Insurance. Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Optimierung der Vergütungsmodelle für Unternehmer-Generalagenten, Kundenberater und Vertriebspartner im Agenturvertrieb. Du bist Sparringspartner der Leiterin Vergütung & Controlling und vertrittst das Thema Vergütung in strategischen Vertriebsprojekten. What You'll Do
- Entwickeln und optimieren Vergütungsmodelle für Unternehmer-Generalagenten, Kundenberater und Vertriebspartner im Agenturvertrieb
- Stellvertretung der Leitung Vergütung & Controlling Agents
- Leiten und begleiten strategische Vertriebsprojekte mit Fokus auf Vergütungsthemen
- Planen und steuern Kosten sowie FTEs im gesamten Agenturvertrieb und verantwortest das Controlling
- Implementieren Vertriebsinitiativen und Controlling‑Prozesse (z. B. Best of Zurich, Forecasts, Rückstellungen)
