About the Role Senior Specialist in Logistics Planning and Analytics to prepare, consolidate and automate regular logistics reporting, analyze inventory and drive optimization projects across the supply chain.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, consolidate and automate regular logistics reporting.
- Analyze inventory: surplus, obsolete, non-moving materials, inventory discrepancies and causes of deviations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for overstock, obsolete stock and inventory differences.
- Prepare consolidated inventory results and analytical conclusions.
- Prepare reports and presentations and present results to management.
- Participate in implementation and leadership of optimization projects in logistics and supply chain.
- Calculate economic impact of optimization initiatives.
- Forecast transportation, customs and related logistics costs.
- Plan and control logistics budget and analyze actual costs against budget and forecast.
- Prepare analytical data for decision-making on stock, cost and process optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in Economics, Logistics, Finance, or Management.
- English level B1-B2.
- Proficiency in Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, analytical models, large data sets, macros/VBA, data visualization.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
- Ability to make independent decisions and quick learning.
