About the Role The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and self-motivated supply chain professional with solid expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and global planning. This role requires translating complex data into actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy and drive global inventory performance. What You'll Do
- Own global forecasting and planning for spares, including inventory management, planning parameters, and demand-supply horizons.
- Collaborate with regional spares planners to solicit and align forecasts.
- Ensure adequate spare stocking levels to support regional demand.
- Review and monitor global critical allocation parts; work with the commodity manager and procurement team to ensure sufficient inventory allocation to fulfill worldwide demand.
- Develop, maintain, and improve a global entry/plant planning methodology and supersession information in line with regional planners, commodity manager, and procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regional planners, procurement, commodity manager, business development, and account teams) to understand forecasting drivers and gather data to improve forecast accuracy and optimize spares performance.

- Excellent communicator and influencer who can collaborate across global cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and take ownership of actions and results without direct authority.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, responsiveness, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance forecast accuracy and optimize inventory globally. Nice to Have
- Experience with spare parts forecasting/planning and global planning methodologies.
