This position aims to sustain best in class rewards & benefits policy and practices with collaboration of global teams, ensure effective budgeting, operate accurate bonus calculations, and ensure smooth payroll management, while also managing union-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate & execute with the Global Rewards team to align compensation strategies and initiatives.
- Calculate sales bonuses and back-office bonuses with accuracy and timeliness.
