Job Description
Our team is actively seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to join the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) business area. This position is responsible for a diverse business area, with defense customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, as well as large and small business prime contractors.
The Contracts Senior Specialist will administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
