About the Role The Senior Sourcing Specialist, Chemical Parts and Service role is a strategic position within CNH's Global Parts and Service Organization. This role manages the purchasing of service parts globally and is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the global filtration commodity, driving global negotiations, budget adherence, tariff mitigation, backorder management, and rationalization targets. What You'll Do
- Develops/implements OE and OES supplier strategies regionally and globally to achieve the lowest total cost across quality, lead time, delivery, service, and unit cost.
- Drives the selection of suppliers, negotiates, and maintains performance to expectations; negotiates, implements, and manages LTAs to achieve commercial savings and material cost reductions.
- Facilitates supplier/engineering VA/VE activities to drive product cost savings and process improvements to achieve budget performance.
- Forecasts and reports economic savings performance, analyzes various reports to identify cost reduction opportunities, and supports resourcing projects and global coordination.
- Manages backorders, tariff mitigation, and supplier capacity management; supports rationalization targets and special projects as necessary. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in strategic/global sourcing and supplier management for parts and service.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of implementing LTAs and achieving cost savings.
- Experience with VA/VE, cost reduction, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance) and present to mid- to senior-management audiences.
- Knowledge of tariff mitigation, supplier capacity planning, and supplier risk management. Nice to Have
- Experience with global filtration commodity or chemical parts and service procurement is a plus.
- Familiarity with warranty agreements, supplier financial distress, and global team coordination.
