What you'll do
- The best hires rarely come from a job post. They come from someone who found them first. You'll own outbound sourcing at Alloy, leading on Engineering searches while supporting Product and GTM, and you'll own how AI-powered sourcing gets done here.
- Own sourcing strategy for Engineering roles and support Product and GTM searches, building talent maps of the strongest candidates in our key hiring areas.
- Write outreach that people with options actually answer: specific, credible, personalized, and worth their time.
- Run parallel pipelines across competing roles, independently and in close partnership with TA partners.
- Source beyond LinkedIn: technical communities, open source contributions, research papers, referral networks, and events.
