About the Role
Senior Solutions Engineer for Atlassian's Nordics & BeNeLux enterprise business. Lead the technical engagement in complex sales cycles and act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping customer needs to Atlassian platforms to unlock team productivity.
What You'll Do

Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to participate in customer discovery and map business problems to Atlassian solutions.

Probe for and identify opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.

Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points; be a trusted technical advisor in the pre-sales process.

Deliver tailored, value-based demonstrations and articulate the business value of Atlassian software.

Lead customers' technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in and alignment.

Forge strong partnerships with assigned sales counterparts; discuss pipeline, opportunities, and feedback to improve the selling cycle.

Document feedback and competitive intelligence; share with product management to advocate for development.

Continuously learn and refine pre-sales, solution, platform knowledge, and sales processes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity; strong communication and multi-level presentation skills.

Ability to operate in both business and technical contexts and translate complex problems into actionable solutions.

English fluency required; additional regional languages (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or French) are a strong plus.

Customer-centric mindset with a track record of executive relationship-building and cross-team collaboration.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a globally distributed team.
