About the Role Microsoft has created the Frontier Company, a new operating business built to deliver end-to-end AI transformation, embedding industry and engineering experts directly alongside customers to co-design, deploy, and continuously improve AI systems. The Senior Solutions Architecture Manager (AI Business Solutions) will lead strategic solution architecture efforts, partnering with customers to realize AI-driven business outcomes. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. What You'll Do
- Lead strategic solution architecture initiatives for AI business solutions, partnering with customers to co-design and deploy AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities in customer environments and continuously improve solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of architects and consultants, aligning with Frontier Company’s mission to co-design and deploy AI systems. What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in solutions architecture, AI transformation, and customer-facing leadership.
- Proven ability to work with customers to co-design, deploy, and optimize AI systems in enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
