Senior Solutions Architect

About the Role The Senior Solutions Architect will create exceptional architectural solution designs and provide thought leadership to enable delivery teams and ensure high client engagement and satisfaction. This role drives enterprise-wide architecture for scalable, reliable systems and guides RFP responses, investment roadmaps, and technology decisions aligned to business outcomes. What You'll Do

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring scalable, reliable, and manageable systems.
• Create an enterprise-wide architecture and provide solutioning for client RFPs with design assurance.
• Define a roadmap of to-be-solved solutions, including systems, shared services, and applications to meet business outcomes.
• Analyze technology environment, enterprise specifics and client requirements to craft a collaboration design framework.
• Provide technical leadership through design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology.
• Document current and target state architectures, articulate targets, and prepare investment roadmaps.
• Evaluate and integrate solutions with the broader technology ecosystem; perform risk/impact analysis.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation and validate prototypes across technology, cost, and differentiation criteria.
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to align solutions with architecture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and relate them to current and future IT needs; provide technical input during project planning.
• Review objectives and constraints with stakeholders to ensure conformance with Enterprise Architecture and identify risks and mitigation strategies. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in solution and enterprise architecture, with ability to translate business requirements into architectures.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to guide design, development, and delivery teams.
• Experience participating in pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client-facing engagements; excellent client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, identify risks, and drive issue resolution; strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise frameworks and reusable patterns; setting KPIs/SLAs.
• Mentorship and team-building capabilities; ability to collaborate across product teams. Nice to Have
• Experience building PoCs, demos, case studies; writing white papers, blogs.
