About the Role Role Purpose: To craft scalable, reliable architectural solutions and provide thought leadership, enabling delivery teams to deliver exceptional client engagement and outcomes. What You'll Do
- Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, creating enterprise-wide architectures that are scalable, reliable, and manageable; provide RFP solutioning and design assurance; define target state solutions and investment roadmaps; document architecture artifacts; evaluate integration with the broader technology ecosystem; collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development, and implementation of custom solutions; translate current state into target state architectures; identify improvements, options, and trade-offs; manage tasks with IT groups to ensure performance and issue resolution; conduct root cause analysis; support pre-sales with solution design and client presentations to win confidence.
- Enable delivery teams by establishing relationships with executives, product owners, and stakeholders; develop and track KPIs/SLAs; manage multiple projects; identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure quality assurance of architecture decisions; promote reuse and automation; lead the development and maintenance of enterprise framework artifacts; mentor and collaborate with product teams.
- Competency Building and Branding: complete trainings and certifications; develop POCs, case studies, demos; write white papers/blogs; build market recognition through analyst rankings and client testimonials; speak at forums; mentor junior staff; contribute to architecture practice.
- Team Management and Resourcing: anticipate talent needs, hire and onboard resources, manage performance, build internal talent pools, drive diversity, manage attrition, and ensure career progression and employee engagement. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and leading architectural initiatives across large deals or programs.
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales, program management, and delivery teams; excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
- Expertise in documenting architecture artifacts, evaluating technology options, and aligning with enterprise architecture standards; risk identification and mitigation capabilities. Nice to Have
- Experience building POCs, demos, and case studies for growth areas; ability to author white papers, blogs, and thought leadership content; ability to present in external forums. Compensation & Benefits
