Senior Solutions Architect

About the Role Wipro seeks a senior Solutions Architect to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership, enabling delivery teams to deliver outstanding client engagement and outcomes. This role drives enterprise-wide architectures, designs for RFP responses, and a portfolio of to-be solutions aligned to business objectives. What You'll Do

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests; create scalable, reliable, and manageable enterprise architectures; provide end-to-end solutioning for RFPs and design assurance.
• Analyze technology environments, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to define collaboration solution design framework and target state solutions; document artifacts and patterns; validate technology and costagainst customer value; manage risks and root causes.
• Provide technical leadership to design, development, and implementation teams; partner with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to ensure conformance with the Enterprise Architecture; support pre-sales with client engagements and architecture reviews.
• Build and maintain delivery frameworks and enterprise artifacts; establish KPIs/SLAs; manage multiple projects, track status, and perform risk mitigation; promote reuse, automation, and productivity improvements.
• Enable thought leadership and client trust through demonstrations and forums; contribute to architecture practice through mentoring, white papers, POCs, case studies, and selection interviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal client engagement, governance, and adoption of architectural principles across product teams; identify and communicate risks and dependencies. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in enterprise and solutions architecture, with ability to create and articulate architectural targets, trade-offs, and investment roadmaps.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills; capable of influencing clients and delivery teams.
• Experience in pre-sales support, RFP responses, and complex system integration across multi-skilled teams; excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, assess risks, and drive quality assurance in architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with performance, cost, and security considerations; knowledge of modern technology trends and frameworks. Nice to Have
• Experience developing POCs, demos, case studies, and white papers; active participation in thought leadership forums and analyst relations.
• Mentoring and coaching of junior architects and developers; contribution to architecture practice through interviews and talent development.
