About the role
The Europe and UK Onboarding Experience team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build seamless, scalable and compliant onboarding for businesses across the region. Our focus is business onboarding and verification: creating systems that understand and verify businesses, helping legitimate customers access Wise quickly and safely. Requirements vary across markets, business types and ownership structures. We manage this complexity through automated verification, flexible information-collection flows and robust controls that reduce financial crime risk without adding unnecessary friction. By increasing automation and improving the wider onboarding experience, we help Wise onboard more businesses, enter new markets and scale efficiently.
