About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design and build scalable systems with a focus on C#. The role emphasizes architecture and design contributions, reliability and customer-focused delivery, in a fast-paced environment and in a hybrid work setup in Mexico City. What You'll Do
- Develop software in C# with 5+ years of non-internship professional experience
- Contribute to architecture and design, including architecture patterns, reliability and scaling of new and existing systems
- Demonstrate strong CS fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms) and write clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English
- Help drive operational precision and best practices within the engineering organization
- Lead or take ownership of projects from scoping to delivery in a hybrid environment in Mexico City What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience with C#
- 2+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and current systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, hard-working, and able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced setting
- Proven leadership abilities in an engineering environment
- Highly quantitative with good judgment and passion for building a great customer experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid modality in Mexico City
- Advanced level of English Nice to Have
- Experience with design patterns and scalability
- Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem and modern development tooling
- Prior experience leading projects or teams
