About the Role A Senior Software Engineer is a technical leader and mentor within our agile development team, responsible for collaborating with the team and designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while driving innovation and best practices. The ideal candidate will deeply understand software architecture, prioritize quality, and be committed to enhancing our software’s security, scalability, reliability, performance, and testability. They will also have extensive experience building scalable systems and a passion for mentoring others and solving complex technical challenges.
What You'll Do
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of software that aligns with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Advocate, evangelize, and set standards for code quality and best engineering practices (e.g., clean code, design patterns, code reviews, and unit testing).
- Tackle complex technical challenges and provide solutions that consider scalability, reliability, performance, and testability.
- Mentor team members and drive best practices across the agile development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust software solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development.
- English at least B2+ level.
- Senior Developer with mentoring experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
- Experience building scalable systems and software architecture.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Location: Guadalajara, Hybrid work arrangement.
