LSEG Data & Analytics is seeking Senior Software Engineers for the NY Office to design, develop and deliver enterprise-grade data products and AI-powered analytics. You will work on complex problems at the intersection of finance, data, and AI, delivering solutions that drive real-world impact. What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable software solutions for financial data and analytics

Contribute to AI-powered analytics initiatives and tackle evolving challenges in modern finance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and timezones, mentoring others and sharing knowledge

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automation in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

Participate in innovation and continuous learning to solve complex problems at scale What We're Looking For

Experience as Software Engineer with one of Java, Python, C++, or C#

Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, and automation in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Curiosity about AI and applying emerging technologies to solve complex software engineering problems

Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across regions and timezones Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated base salary: USD 129,700 - 216,100 annually. This role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
