About the Role As a senior software engineer on Moveworks' Agent Lab Natural Language Understanding team, you will help advance the frontier of work that can be entrusted to AI agents to perform reliably at scale. You will join a mission-driven group focused on evolving the Moveworks AI Assistant platform. What You'll Do
- Build and improve production-grade NLP/NLU components powering AI agents.
- Design, implement, and scale features across the Moveworks AI Assistant platform.
- Collaborate with product, research, and infrastructure teams to ship reliable, efficient agent workflows.
- Analyze and improve system reliability, performance, and security.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Agent Lab and AI assistant. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a software engineer with a track record of building and improving production systems.
- Strong partnership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience building and enhancing AI agents and NLP/NLU systems, including exposure to large language models.
- Ability to contribute to scalable, high-impact work.
