About the Role As a senior software engineer on Moveworks' agent lab, Natural Language Understanding team, you will play an important part in advancing the frontier of work that can be entrusted to AI agents to perform reliably at scale. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Moveworks AI Assistant. What You'll Do
- Build and improve production systems that power AI agents at scale.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end AI-powered workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Moveworks AI Assistant and its Natural Language Understanding capabilities. What We're Looking For
- Senior Software Engineer with years of experience building and improving production systems.
- Proven ability to partner, execute, and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience delivering reliable software at scale, with strong backend, distributed systems, and API skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI agents, Natural Language Understanding, and LLMs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, reasoning engines, or NLP in enterprise settings. Compensation & Benefits
